I'm Paulo Daumas, Enthusiast Of The Gastronomy World
PAST YEARS
Before founding the GastroVino Academy and ShopVino, Paulo graduated as an Agronomist and Forestry Engineer at the University of Alfenas-MG, Brazil. He worked in different agriculture sectors, acquiring experience in soil management, farming equipment, botany, growing, pruning, and harvesting various types of crops.
Seeking to go deeper into environmental and safety issues, he got his master’s in Environment at the University of São Paulo and Occupational Health & Safety at the University of FEI in São Paulo, Brazil.
Then, he held significant management positions in global companies in food, home appliances, automotive, and chemical production, with experiences in Brazil and North America.
CURRENT DAYS
As a gastronomy enthusiast, Paulo studied French cuisine, wine production, and tasting. He earned the certificates of Sommelier, Wine Production, and Leadership in Food Safety by the Department of Public Health in Toronto and Culinary and Pastry from the renowned French school Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts in Ottawa, Canada.
The experiences acquired in agriculture, industry, and gastronomy make Paulo Daumas a strategic thinker focused on developing exclusive content, sharing expertise, knowledge, techniques, and discoveries, making GastroVino Academy a research, innovation, and education company focused on worldwide gastronomy.
