- It is not allowed to use the name of the courses, official blogs of GastroVino Academy, or Paulo Daumas in the domain;
- Spam-related practices are prohibited, including but not limited to sending messages to recipients who have not given their express consent, such as sending emails to contact lists that are not your contacts or sending the same message, or repeatedly commenting on groups and communities of people who have not given their consent to these publications;
- It is not authorized to create a fan page, Instagram, or profile on any other social network using the names “Dos Nosso Cursos,” “Paulo Daumas,” or “GastroVino Academy”;
- Advertising on our YouTube channels, whether to generate leads or generate sales, regardless of whether the ad uses original video or video made available to affiliates, is prohibited;
- It is prohibited to extend the warranty of any GastroVino Academy product;
- Spreading false promises or misleading the buyer into believing that the product delivers more results than what is not on our product pages will not be tolerated;
- It is not allowed to give discounts, for example, return of part of the money or commissions;
- The use of cookie stuffing (hide an affiliate link on a page unrelated to the advertised product) is expressly prohibited;
- It is forbidden to make advertisements that promise financial gains in the purchase of the product;
- It is not allowed to make a website or social media that looks like our product pages;
- It is prohibited to send messages/emails of disclosure not authorized by GastroVino Academy;
- You are not allowed to contact anyone who has left comments on our videos or pages on our social media to make offers to buy with your affiliate link;
- You are not authorized to present yourself as a professional who works or is linked to Hotmart or the GastroVino Academy Team;
- It is not allowed to make disclosures in which the author of the message tries to impersonate another person using information, accounts, earnings, or results that are not theirs, that is, false results because they are other people’s results;
- Hotmart Terms of Use:Â you must read the rules and agree with them, so you will be aware of all the points not to be banned.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in unannounced termination of membership of all our products.
